You’ve all certainly got a perfect understanding of Dad, and I’d desperately love to keep you all involved morning and evening one way or another. Every member of your team is kind, compassionate yet at the same time firm and assertive for which I’m eternally grateful. Dad is so fond of everyone too My thanks again for not only your care and support to Dad - but to me too!

Mum has really enjoyed the company of the carers and they’ve all been really patient and professional with her. Huge thanks for all your team’s hard work and support over the last few years and in particular the last week; it really is very much appreciated.

Just a note to say thank you all very much for the care, compassion, and support that you gave dad and me during the last couple of months and always. Nothing was too much trouble, and everyone went the extra mile to make things easier and keep dad comfortable, I will always be grateful to you that he could stay at home in his own surroundings as he had always wanted. You all showed great care and professionalism in some very difficult circumstances. I can’t thank you enough for all that you did.

Your standards are so high & I can go off on holiday with a peaceful mind, as we have done so often in the past years, knowing mum is cared for so well.
